The security deposit will be collected up to 3 days prior to the check-in date. Upon checkout, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days, pending a damage inspection of the property.

For registration purposes with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management, we kindly request copies of all guests' passports who will be staying in the property.

Please note that a valid visa in compliance with UAE law is required for your stay in Dubai. If your visa is not valid, you will be unable to proceed with the check-in process.
